Payoneer Won’t Release My $126 Payment Because of Last Name Issue
For more than two weeks, I have been unable to receive my payment in my Payoneer personal account due to a name mismatch issue. My official ID contains two last names because I also use my maiden name, but when I registered my Payoneer account, I entered only one last name. As a result, the last name on my Payoneer account does not exactly match the last name on my bank account, and because of this mismatch, my $126 payment has not been transferred to me.
I uploaded the requested documents and also contacted customer service. Despite this, the problem has not been resolved, yet the system shows our conversation as “issue resolved.” However, I still have not received my payment.
I request that the name and surname information on my Payoneer account be updated according to the information on my official ID, and that after this correction, my pending $126 payment be transferred to me without any further issues.
