I made a transfer from my Payoneer account, and the transaction status shows as “Completed” on your platform. However, the funds have still not been deposited into my Akbank account, and it has now been over three full days. This delay is unacceptable and extremely frustrating, especially since no further updates or explanations have been provided.
The transaction clearly shows as finalized on Payoneer’s end, yet there is no sign of the money on my bank's side. I’ve checked with my bank, confirmed all account details, and verified that there are no issues from their side. The problem clearly lies with Payoneer’s transfer process or intermediary handling.
I need urgent clarification: Where is my money? Why is it taking so long to arrive? And why is there no proactive support or status tracking for the customer?
I expect an immediate investigation into this issue and a proper update with a clear resolution timeline. I rely on Payoneer for timely payments, and this delay is affecting my financial obligations and trust in your service. Please resolve this promptly.
