Payoneer Transfer Lost After Bank Rejected Closed IBAN

Today, I made a $850 transfer through Payoneer to my old Enpara checking account IBAN, which is now closed. Because the IBAN is closed, the bank rejected the transaction and informed me that the amount was returned to the sender. However, the funds were not credited back to my Payoneer account, and at this moment, the money is neither in my bank account nor in my Payoneer account.

Regarding this issue, I opened a new local currency bank account through Payoneer, added the new bank details to the system, and received confirmation that the account was successfully approved. The Payoneer transaction ID for this transfer is 922638088. Despite this, the amount has still not been transferred to my newly approved account, and I see no update or progress in the system.

I attempted to contact Payoneer customer support via email, but I have not received any response, nor have I been informed about the status of this process.

I request that the $850 be immediately transferred to my approved new bank account on file, that this issue be urgently investigated, and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation regarding the status and resolution of this transaction.
