Payoneer Balance Shows Zero Despite Completed Clickworker Transfer
Around November 27, a transfer of €19.48 was made from my Clickworker account to my Payoneer account under transaction number 918447482, covering earnings from November 20–26. However, even after approximately one and a half months, this amount still does not appear in my Payoneer account, and my balance shows as zero. Instead, an inexplicable amount of $0 was sent to my local bank account.
In an effort to understand what went wrong, I contacted support multiple times via email. The only response I received was that I needed to write in English. No clear explanation was provided, and I was given no information about where my money is. I cannot reach anyone at either Clickworker or Payoneer who is genuinely addressing the issue or providing detailed information.
I am requesting that the €19.48 I earned through nearly three months of work be fully credited to my Payoneer account. I also demand a clear explanation of where this money currently is and that my issue be resolved urgently. Otherwise, I will consider myself wronged and feel that my efforts have gone to waste.
