Payoneer Transfer Problem — €499 Missing, No Customer Representative

On October 3, 2025, I initiated a transfer of €499 from my Payoneer account to my personal bank account under transaction ID 896542540. However, even after more than a full day has passed, the funds have not been sent. I requested to cancel the transaction, but that was not possible either.
During this process, I emailed Payoneer support multiple times, but I received only automated responses and was unable to reach a real customer representative. I urgently need this money, and the delay has caused serious inconvenience. I am requesting that my money either be refunded to my Payoneer account or that the transfer be completed immediately.
Because of this experience, I no longer plan to use Payoneer. I want to emphasize that the system is highly frustrating and causes unnecessary distress. I expect an urgent and solution-oriented response to this issue.
