Payoneer Payment Missing Despite Transaction Confirmation

On March 11, 2026, around 6:07 AM, a transfer of €51.12 was sent to my account via Payoneer. The reference/transaction number for this payment is 961276559. However, even after approximately 6–7 days, this amount has still not been credited to my account.

Although I have the transaction receipt and reference number, I have not received any information regarding the status of this payment that has not appeared in my account. I have not yet contacted TEB or Param customer service. The phone number linked to my Param account is 0540*****72.

I request that this transaction be urgently investigated, that the €51.12 be credited to my Param account, and that I be provided with a written update regarding the process.
