Payoneer Marks Withdrawal as Completed, but $76.25 Never Reaches Bank Account

On January 15, 2026, I initiated a withdrawal of $76.25 from my Payoneer account to my USD account at Garanti Bank. Although the transaction status on Payoneer shows as “completed,” the funds have still not been credited to my Garanti Bank account.

The reference number for this transaction is 939420755. Because of this issue, I am experiencing both a loss of time and an inability to use my funds. I have not yet been able to contact Payoneer customer support, and I am not entirely sure how to reach them.

I am requesting that the status of this transfer be urgently checked, that my money be deposited into my Garanti Bank USD account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear information regarding this process.
