Payoneer Login Issue: Verification Code Not Received
I have not received a $16 payment that was supposed to be deposited into my Payoneer account since March 5. There is no record of this payment in my account—no transaction history or pending status.
When I try to log into my account or perform any action, I cannot access it because I do not receive the verification code sent to my email address. This issue has been ongoing since March 5, and as a result, I am unable to use my account or withdraw my $16 balance.
I request that my Payoneer account access be restored, that I am able to log in successfully, and that the $16 payment be credited to my account and made available for withdrawal.
