Parimatch Withdrawal Shows Paid but My Bank Account Is Still Empty
I am experiencing a serious problem with Parimach regarding a withdrawal from my account. Four days ago, I requested a withdrawal of 20,000 INR to my Indian bank account. In the Parimach app, the withdrawal appears as successful, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the amount had not arrived, I contacted your customer support. A ticket was created for me with the number #82910597, but even though more than 24 hours have passed, I have not received any update or clear information about the status of my withdrawal. In addition to this, someone claiming to be connected with your team contacted me on Telegram. This person told me that I had to pay money in order to complete or release my withdrawal. I find this situation very suspicious and disturbing, and I want this to be investigated urgently, including whether this person is in any way linked to Parimach. I have screenshots of this Telegram chat and of the relevant app screens, and I am ready to attach all of them as evidence. I request that my 20,000 INR withdrawal be immediately credited to my bank account without any further delay and that I be provided with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred, why there was no timely update on my ticket, and how someone was able to contact me on Telegram asking for money for the withdrawal.
