Parimatch ₹20000 Withdrawal Not Received - No UTR Generated

I made a withdrawal request of ₹20,000 from my Parimatch account on 06/03/2026 at around 00:02 AM via bank transfer to my HDFC Bank account. The amount was deducted, but it has not been credited to my bank account, nor has it been returned to my Parimatch wallet. There is also no UTR generated for this transaction. The details I have are Transaction ID: 171077208 and Order ID: 188713270. Since there is no proper customer support and only live chat available, I have not received any clear information or solution about where my money is. This situation makes me feel that I am not being treated fairly, as my funds are stuck without any transparency. I request that my ₹20,000 be immediately refunded back to my Parimatch wallet or properly traced and resolved without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly in writing about the status of this transaction.
