I am writing to report a serious delay in my withdrawal from Parimatch. On 14 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 40,000 INR via bank transfer to my IDBI Bank account in India. Although I have previously made successful withdrawals to this same bank account, this payment has now been pending for around 10 days without being credited to my bank.
During this period, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but they only kept telling me to wait without giving any clear timeframe, solution, or visible action. They are not doing anything concrete to resolve the withdrawal and simply repeat that I should wait, wait, and wait. Because this amount is significant for me, this situation has caused me serious mental stress and financial hardship, and I feel mentally and financially harassed by this ongoing delay.
The money has been blocked in this pending withdrawal, and I have transaction details and screenshots related to this 40,000 INR withdrawal that I can provide if needed. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by immediately crediting the 40,000 INR to my IDBI Bank account without any further delay.
