I made a withdrawal request of 40,000 INR from my Parimatch account via bank transfer on 14 January 2026 through the Parimatch website. The amount was successfully debited from my Parimatch balance, and the status of the withdrawal is shown as “processed” on the platform, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, they only tell me that they are “reviewing the payment” and do not provide any clear information, time frame, or proof of the transaction. Despite the status being processed, I have not received the funds, and I am left without any clear explanation. I request that my 40,000 INR withdrawal be immediately credited to my bank account without any further delay, or that Parimatch provide a clear and detailed explanation with proof of the transaction showing where the money is at the moment. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and my funds to be safely transferred to my bank.
