Parimatch India IMPS Withdrawal Rs 18,000 Not Credited Bandhan Bank

I am writing about a serious issue with my withdrawal on Parimatch India that has still not been credited to my bank account. On 21-09-2025, I requested a withdrawal of Rs. 18,000 via IMPS to my Bandhan Bank account. The transaction was created under Transaction ID 159502248. Despite waiting since that date, the money has still not reached my bank. I have contacted Parimatch India customer support multiple times regarding this problem. Each time, they only respond that I must wait for the payment provider, without giving any clear timeframe, explanation, or real solution. This situation has been continuing for a long time and is causing me unnecessary stress because a significant amount of my money is stuck without any proper update. I request that Parimatch India immediately credits the full amount of Rs. 18,000 to my Bandhan Bank account through IMPS without any further delay and confirms the successful completion of this withdrawal.
