Parimatch Delays IMPS Withdrawal for Over 26 Days Despite Pending Status

I requested two withdrawals from my Parimatch account via IMPS bank transfer to my SBI account on January 8, 2026, in the amounts of ₹16,500 and ₹3,700. Even though 26 days have passed since the withdrawal date, the full amount has still not been credited to my bank account, and the status remains pending. A support ticket was created for this issue with ID #66144543, and I also shared my bank statement as requested. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved. Every time I contact Parimatch support, I receive the same response stating that my money is safe, that their expert team is working on the issue with high priority, and that the amount will be credited soon, but no actual progress has been made. I am requesting that the total withdrawal amounts of ₹16,500 and ₹3,700 be credited to my SBI account immediately and that a clear explanation be provided for the reason behind this prolonged delay.
