Parimatch Withdrawal Not Credited Even After Nine Days And No Resolution
I requested a withdrawal of Rs 18,500 from my Parimatch account on 3 February via IMPS. In the Parimatch system the transaction is shown as successful, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I have contacted Parimatch customer care multiple times about this issue. Each time I am only told to be patient and that the matter has been escalated to the “expert team” for review. My support ticket has been pending for several days under the number 74946793. The last time I contacted customer service regarding this unresolved withdrawal was on 12/02/2026, but I still have not received either my money or a clear explanation. I am requesting the immediate credit of Rs 18,500 to my bank account without any further delay, or a concrete and verifiable resolution so that I receive my full withdrawal amount.
