I am using the Parimatch Android app, and on 9 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 via IMPS bank transfer to my State Bank of India account. Although the withdrawal was successfully requested in the app, the amount of 10,000 has still not been credited to my bank account. I contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times about this issue. Each time, they only tell me to wait and say that their team is working on my issue, but there is never any real update or clear explanation, and the money still has not arrived. Before this incident, I had successfully withdrawn money from Parimatch to this same State Bank of India account, so I do not understand why this withdrawal is pending and unpaid. I request that my missing 10,000 from the 9 January 2026 IMPS withdrawal be credited to my State Bank of India account without any further delay, or that Parimatch provide a clear and documented explanation of what happened to this transaction so that my funds are safely returned to me.
