My Praimatch Deposit Not Reflecting

I deposited an amount of ₹5000 into my Parimatch sports betting account on 31 January 2026 via UPI QR. The transaction was successful on my bank’s side, and the payment has been debited from my account, but the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. The UPI UTR number for this transaction is 299299743776. After noticing that the amount was not reflected, I raised a ticket with Parimatch, and my ticket ID is 73323736. Despite this, it has been more than 5 days with no resolution or update. In addition, there is currently no proper way to reach Parimatch support, as their previously reachable email address is no longer active, and there are no alternative effective contact channels available. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹5000 to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my bank account, referencing the UPI UTR 299299743776 and ticket ID 73323736. I expect a prompt response and a clear confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
