Parimatch Ignored Multiple Missing UPI Deposits From Slice and PhonePe

I am writing to complain about multiple UPI deposit issues I have experienced on the Parimatch Android app, where my money has been deducted from my accounts but not credited to my gaming wallet or refunded to my bank. On 17 December 2025, I made four separate UPI deposits through Slice and PhonePe to my Parimatch account in the amounts of ₹ 10,000, ₹ 12,000, ₹ 9,500, and ₹ 7,500. All four payments were successfully debited from my bank/UPI accounts, but none of these amounts were credited to my Parimatch wallet. To this day, I have not received either a refund to my bank accounts or a credit to my Parimatch balance. I have contacted Parimatch customer support several times, but they keep providing the same explanation without resolving the issue, and they have not offered a refund or a proper resolution. When I contacted Slice and PhonePe, they confirmed that these transactions were successful from their side, which means the money has gone through but is stuck on Parimatch’s end. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate these four missing deposits made on 17 December 2025 via UPI through Slice and PhonePe, and either credit the full amounts to my Parimatch wallet or immediately refund the total money back to my bank/UPI accounts. I also request a clear explanation of what went wrong so that this does not happen again. I specifically ask that this issue be treated as an emergency and resolved by the end of the day, as this is a significant amount for me, and I am under serious stress because of this situation.
