Parimatch Deposit Failed but Money Deducted From Paytm

I made three deposit attempts to my Parimatch account via UPI using Paytm, and the money was debited each time, but never reflected in my game account. The first failed deposit of 300 was on 7 February, the second failed deposit of 1000 was on 12 February, and the third failed deposit of 300 was on 14 February. Despite all three debits, none of these amounts appeared in my Parimatch balance, and the money has not been returned to my bank. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but so far, I have not received any effective help or solution, and my problem remains unresolved. I request that the total debited amount be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why these deposits failed, even though the money was taken from my account.
