Parimatch Deposit Declined Error 410 Unresolved for Two Months

I am facing a serious issue with Parimatch regarding a deposit declined error (Error 410) that has been pending for over two months. Despite this long delay, my issue has still not been resolved. I already created a support ticket, but I have received no solution and no meaningful response from customer care. The quality of customer support has been extremely poor and unacceptable. My money is still stuck, and I have neither received the deposit in my Parimatch account nor any refund. I demand that Parimatch either credit my deposit immediately or refund my money without any further delay. This prolonged inaction and lack of support is completely unacceptable.
