Parimatch Delays $114 Withdrawal and Fails to Credit $36 Deposit

I am filing a complaint against Parimatch regarding serious issues with both a withdrawal and a deposit made via bank transfer from my Indian Bank account. On January 27, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $114 and also made a deposit of $36 through bank transfer. The withdrawal has been pending for several days and still has not been processed, and the deposit amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account at all. Despite waiting, there has been no proper resolution. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but instead of providing clear information or a solution, they have continued to mislead me and failed to resolve the problem. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially when my money is involved. I request that Parimatch immediately process my pending withdrawal of $114 and credit my deposit of $36 to my account, or return these amounts to my bank account without any further delay.
