Parimatch Has Not Refunded My Declined Deposit for Nearly 90 Days
I am writing regarding an issue with a declined deposit on Parimatch that has still not been refunded. On October 4, 2025, I made a deposit to Parimatch from my Bank of Baroda account in India. The transaction was declined, but the amount was still debited from my bank account, and I was informed that a refund would be processed. However, it has now been nearly 90 days, and the refund has still not been credited back to my account. I contacted customer support and was told that they are working on the issue, but despite the long delay, there has been no resolution or clear update. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, as my money has been held for an unreasonably long time without any definite timeline for resolution. I request that my refund for the declined deposit made on October 4, 2025 via Bank of Baroda be processed and credited to my account as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the current status of this transaction.
