I purchased XRP on Pribu during a transfer process. While trying to transfer another cryptocurrency, I entered the required confirmation and code, and the system indicated that the transaction was processed. However, the transfer has still not been completed.
When I inquired, I was informed that XRP withdrawals are currently closed. Despite reaching out multiple times and being assured that the issue would be addressed, no action has been taken so far.
