I transferred XRP from my Paribu account to Binance, but while the transaction left Paribu, it never arrived in my Binance account. Binance support resolved the issue within minutes and returned the XRP to Paribu, providing me with the transaction code.
I contacted Paribu and submitted all the requested details, including the TX code, screenshots, and even a video, but there’s still no resolution. Despite multiple calls to customer service, all I hear is, “It will be resolved as soon as possible,” with no clarity on whether that means a day, a month, or longer.
I need Paribu to stop delaying and immediately process the returned funds. This lack of action is unacceptable, and I regret trusting Paribu for my transactions. Resolve this issue now.
