Suzuki Vitara Hybrid Lane Assist Malfunction Not Fixed After Multiple Service Visits


I have been experiencing a lane-keeping assist malfunction in my 2022 Suzuki Vitara Hybrid since the beginning of February. Because of this issue, I have taken the vehicle to the Adana Mıçı authorized Suzuki service center three times, but the problem still has not been resolved. In fact, additional faults appeared during the service process.
The service center requested a replacement part and called me in once the part arrived. The part was replaced, but the system still did not function properly even after the repair.
All of these procedures were carried out under warranty, and I was not charged any fee. However, the issue remains unresolved, and as a result I cannot receive the level of safety and driving comfort that I expect from my vehicle.
As the customer, Ediz N**, I request that the authorized service urgently resolve this issue permanently. If the problem cannot be fixed, I request that my vehicle be replaced under warranty.
