ACH Transfer to My Bitci Account Delayed After XRP Transfer
Last night, I transferred XRP from my Gate.io account to my Bitçi account, and it reflected within 10 minutes as expected. However, shortly after, I made an ACH transfer, which has yet to show up in my account. It has been hours with no updates, and I am unable to understand the delay. This lack of clarity and prompt action is extremely frustrating. I request an immediate explanation for the delay and expect the funds to be credited to my account without further issues. Please resolve this matter promptly, as such delays are unacceptable for a platform that handles financial transactions. I look forward to a quick response.
