I am writing to complain about a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with my 1Win account. On 28 February, I won a jackpot and requested a withdrawal of R2000 from my account (ID: 340302100). Since then, the withdrawal has been in pending status with no resolution. This is not my first time withdrawing winnings from 1Win, and in the past, my withdrawals were usually approved within about 24 hours. In this case, however, I have been waiting for 10 days, and the money is still not available. When I contacted customer support, I was simply told to wait for 7 days, but that period has already passed, and nothing has changed, nor have I received any clear explanation. I request the immediate payment of my R2000 jackpot winnings to my chosen withdrawal method without any further delay, as well as a clear explanation for why this withdrawal has been held for so long compared to my previous successful withdrawals.
