I’ve been unable to access my Paribu account because they refuse to update my email address. I submitted the new email two days ago and provided all the requested documents, but no update has been made. The only response I’ve received is that the “review is ongoing.”
This delay is unacceptable, as I cannot even log into my account, let alone access my funds. I’ve followed all the procedures, but Paribu’s lack of urgency is extremely frustrating.
