I Can’t Access My Papara Account Under Review for a Month Despite Being a Student

My Papara account has been under review for nearly a month now, and I still haven’t received any updates or resolution. I already reached out once via email to explain my situation, but nothing has changed since then.
I’m a student and rely entirely on Papara for managing my payments. It’s the only card I actively use, and I currently have a balance in the account that I can’t access. This delay has seriously disrupted my ability to handle daily expenses, pay for educational needs, and manage my finances responsibly.
I respectfully request that Papara investigate this issue immediately and remove the hold on my account. I need urgent access to my funds, and it’s extremely unfair to leave customers waiting this long without a clear explanation or progress. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
