Paribu: Delayed Transaction Approval, Poor Customer Service Response

It has been two days since the money arrived in my Paribu account, and I am still waiting for approval. They say that miners have given their approval, which is complete nonsense. People are being misled by Paribu's constant advertisements, and it's your fault. I've informed them of the problem, which requires prompt resolution. Their response was, "We can't do anything, and we have no idea when it'll be fixed." The email that was sent by Paribu stated, "Login successful; what additional approval is needed?" These things make no sense at all! I'm going to spread the word about this across all of the different social media platforms.

I received BTC Bitcoin in my account and got a message from Paribu saying that BTC has been deposited into my account, but I am still waiting for it to be processed. It's been 48 hours, and someone sent me this money because I urgently need it. I've been waiting for 2 days and called and wrote several times. They say it's waiting for miner confirmation, but I know Paribu well. What is a miner? Who is it? It sounds ridiculous. I want my grievance to be urgently resolved.
