Paribu Denied a Return of BJK Tokens

BJK tokens, both locked and unlocked, were released for pre-sale on September 26, 2023. I was eager to get my hands on the unlocked tokens. Despite clicking the "unlocked token" button, the application unexpectedly directed me to the locked token, and I inadvertently confirmed the purchase. I immediately contacted Paribu support, both in writing and over the phone, to request a cancellation. They informed me, however, that it was not possible. This experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the token sale process's transparency. I intended to invest in unlocked tokens for greater flexibility, but a simple user interface issue resulted in the purchase of a locked token that I did not want. It's disheartening to learn that such an error cannot be corrected, and it serves as a reminder of the importance of a user-friendly and accurate interface in cryptocurrency transactions.
