I wanted to buy a game on Steam that cost around 1200TL. After completing the purchase, I discovered the transaction was pending, and the money had already been deducted from my account. I waited patiently for the refund, but it never came. I contacted them via email, and initially, they responded promptly. However, things changed when I requested my refund. Their responses slowed down to 6-12 hours, and now they don't reply at all. It's been three days since this incident, and if I don't receive my money this week, I'm taking legal action. I strongly advise anyone using Papara to switch to a bank card instead. Papara seems to be scammers, and that seems to be their specialty.
