Their responses slowed down to 6-12 hours, and now they don't reply at all. It's been three days since this incident, and if I don't receive my money this week, I'm taking legal action. I strongly advise anyone using Papara to switch to a bank card instead. Papara seems to be scammers, and that seems to be their specialty.
