Papara Closed My Account and My Funds Disappeared Without Explanation


250,000₺ was transferred to my Papara account by a friend. Since it was late, I decided to transfer 200,000₺ to another account the next morning. This is where the real story begins. Please read carefully! I entered my account password, and a message appeared: "Your account has been suspended." After a few attempts, I called the customer service number starting with 0850. The response I received was, "Your account has been permanently closed due to a security violation." I asked what the violation was, and they said, "We cannot provide information." I then requested my money back, and they told me, "You have 50,000₺ in your account, and it will be transferred to the specified account within three business days." I asked where the remaining 200,000₺ went, as there were 250,000₺ in the account. Apparently, it just vanished into thin air. When I asked how this was possible, the employee responded, "You can file a complaint wherever you want." So, for this institution, the issue is just that simple. I have now filed a complaint, but I assume it will take months to get my money back.
