Papara Closed My Account - Did Not Refund My Money

My Papara account was closed, and my money hasn’t been refunded. Even though they said it would be returned, I haven’t seen any results—they keep stalling. They told me the refund would be processed within 3 business days, but today is the 4th day and the money is still not in my account. I even provided all the necessary documents and explanations, but nothing has changed. I have a health issue—my leg is injured and I need surgery—but Papara has basically seized my funds. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, I still haven’t received any positive response. My health problems are getting worse because of this. Papara is clearly committing fraud by not returning my money.
