Papara Closed My Account and Blocked My Money - Refund Request
On July 2nd, Papara closed my account without any prior notice, blocking approximately $1000. I have already sent 8 emails, and after one month they asked me to provide another account for the refund. I gave them the account details, yet I have still been waiting for the payment for more than a month. They do not allow me to call, they do not call me, and they do not respond to my emails. It seems as if they want to keep my money, while the currency has already devalued by 15%. I kindly request your urgent help.
