Papara Locked Me Out of My Account Without Any Explanation
Papara closed my account, and I haven’t been able to do anything with the ₺2000+ in it for over 15 days now. They’re no longer responding to my emails. At first, they claimed they were doing system updates, and then a week later, they said my account was under review by Financial Crimes Investigation Board. This makes no sense—you can’t just lock someone out of their account without explanation or access.
They closed my account permanently with the money still with them and I have been trying to contact them but no one answers.
