Papara Blocked My Account Suddenly - I Cannot Log In Anymore
Yesterday, I added ₺980 to my Papara account, but today when I attempted to log in, I found myself completely locked out. I’m being told I can’t use my account, even though I’ve had no problems using it since 2022. I’m completely in the dark about what’s happening, and I haven’t gotten any emails or notifications from Papara clarifying the situation. I’ve reached out to support, but I haven’t received any response or communication from them. It's extremely frustrating to be unable to access my own funds and account, particularly when there's no clear reason provided. I’m looking for clear guidance and support to regain access to my account and understand what went wrong.
