Yesterday, I added ₺980 to my Papara account, but today when I attempted to log in, I found myself completely locked out. I’m being told I can’t use my account, even though I’ve had no problems using it since 2022. I’m completely in the dark about what’s happening, and I haven’t gotten any emails or notifications from Papara clarifying the situation. I’ve reached out to support, but I haven’t received any response or communication from them. It's extremely frustrating to be unable to access my own funds and account, particularly when there's no clear reason provided.
