Papara Has Kept My Account Frozen for Six Months Without Providing a Resolution
My Papara account has been under review for six months since June, with approximately ₺750,000 frozen. We are a wholesale supplier of white goods spare parts, and we have all the necessary tax records and documents. Trusting the system, we have refrained from initiating legal action so far, but we are facing significant hardship. We constantly receive automated responses. If we had invested this amount in a bank with interest, we would have earned substantial returns by now. Please resolve this issue immediately! I have applied to the TÖDEB Arbitration Committee and am waiting for their response. This isn’t just a month or two; under the guise of contractual obligations and routine reviews, they freeze large sums of money when they see high balances in accounts. The contract states they must respond and resolve issues within 20 business days, but Papara disregards laws and regulations. It feels like they are outright taking our money. Is there no government body to oversee this institution? They are unlawfully causing harm to people.
Papara caused us significant hardship by seizing 750,000 TL of our money. For the past 7 months, they have put us in a very difficult situation.
