A dispute request was then initiated, and I was informed that there would be a 16-day waiting period due to BKM. This situation has caused me significant trouble. I trusted Papara with my own cash to avoid carrying extra money and to use it for online shopping. Today, even though the 16-day period has passed, the money still hasn’t been credited to my account. I’ve spoken to customer service multiple times and emphasized the urgency of the issue. I can’t pay the debts on my other credit card accounts. In my last call, I was told the transaction had been approved and the money would be deposited, but it still hasn’t arrived. This situation needs to be resolved immediately.
