Papara Did Not Credit My Deposit After 16 Days
On July 9, I deposited some cash into my Papara account via an Akbank ATM to use during my vacation. The money didn’t appear in my account right away. I waited until the next day, but it still hadn’t been credited. I contacted Papara customer service and reported the issue. They told me it was due to the Akbank ATM. A dispute request was then initiated, and I was informed that there would be a 16-day waiting period due to BKM. This situation has caused me significant trouble. I trusted Papara with my own cash to avoid carrying extra money and to use it for online shopping. Today, even though the 16-day period has passed, the money still hasn’t been credited to my account. I’ve spoken to customer service multiple times and emphasized the urgency of the issue. I can’t pay the debts on my other credit card accounts. In my last call, I was told the transaction had been approved and the money would be deposited, but it still hasn’t arrived. This situation needs to be resolved immediately.

I had closed my Papara account because the issue I experienced was resolved very late, but today they called me again and kindly explained the disruption in the process and that they were sorry for this inconvenience. Ms. Hazal stated that she definitely wanted to help with the issue. I thank her very much 🫶🏼
