Problems with Papa John's Pizza Delivery at Late Hours

I ran into a perplexing problem with Papa John's Pizza delivery hours. While the website stated a closing time of 2:00 AM, they abruptly stopped taking orders at 10:45 PM. To add to the confusion, they appeared to have divided the area into regions. For example, the Istinye branch, which is only 2 kilometers away, closed at 10:45 PM and refused to accept my order. When I contacted the Ayazaa branch, which is only 3 kilometers away, they refused delivery because it was not their designated area. If that's the case, the Istinye branch that serves our area should remain open. Every time we try to place an order, we are met with these limitations. As a result of the unmet demand, we've resorted to ordering from other pizza chains. Papa John's Pizza has lost a significant number of customers as a result of this. I've informed everyone I know about this problem. At the very least, Papa John's Pizza should update its website with accurate closing times. This experience has rendered me completely dissatisfied with their service, which appears to be remarkably unresponsive.
