Papa John's Pizza Order Delayed and Refund Mishandled

I placed a pizza order from Papa John’s at 10:26 PM, expecting prompt delivery. The pizza was marked as delivered at 11:13 PM, but it never arrived. I had to contact live support myself to cancel the order, as the company didn’t take any action. If I hadn’t followed up, I wouldn’t have even received a refund.
Their excuse? I was "outside the delivery area," which makes no sense. I live in Ortaköy, only 1.5 km away from their Beşiktaş branch. A delivery that should’ve taken 10 minutes was canceled after 47 minutes, and now they’re holding onto my payment for a week. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation.
