I ordered from Papa John's Pizza, expecting delivery within the advertised 30 minutes. However, it has now been 1 hour and 10 minutes, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I had to cancel the order after waiting far beyond the promised time frame. Despite calling four times for an update, I was only told that the courier had left for delivery.
This is the second time I’ve experienced delayed service from Papa John's, with a previous order also arriving after an hour. The repeated delays and lack of timely service are incredibly frustrating. I expect Papa John's to address these issues immediately and improve their delivery efficiency. A proper resolution is urgently needed.
