My Pandora Bracelet Tarnished Within 2 Months

I purchased a bracelet from the Pandora store located at Antalya 5M Migros Mall, and unfortunately, it tarnished within a mere two months. They declined to provide warranty coverage, citing the use of chemical substances. They recommended purchasing a cleaning kit for ₺579 to maintain it, mentioning that they were unable to provide any further assistance. Their products lack in quality, and their customer support is lacking once the sale is made. The staff behave as if they are highly knowledgeable in chemistry, making decisions based on technical expertise and sometimes disregarding customer concerns. It's disappointing considering the amount of money that was spent.
