Pandora Bracelet Clasp Tarnished in Less Than a Year Despite Warranty

I purchased a bracelet from Pandora, but less than a year in, the clasp started to tarnish, despite having a warranty. I visited the Pandora store to report the issue, but the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, claiming that such issues are to be expected. While I didn’t expect the bracelet's shine to remain exactly like the first day, the part that's supposedly 8-karat gold tarnished unexpectedly fast. It's really frustrating to have spent so much money on this bracelet, only to face this kind of poor treatment. I feel disappointed with Pandora's quality and their lack of willingness to resolve the issue.
