On September 28, 2025, I purchased a pair of sweatpants from the Oysho store at İstinyePark, Istanbul. Just two days after buying the item, it started to pill, and despite wearing it for only two or three days in total, the fabric became noticeably damaged.

I still have the receipt/invoice for my purchase. I tried to contact customer service for assistance, but I couldn’t get past the automated system — the call ended before I could speak to anyone.

I am requesting an exchange for the defective product.
