Oysho Moss Green Bikini Top Is Having Fabric Issues

I bought a moss green bikini at full price this season, but unfortunately, the top started having fabric issues after just one use—threads coming loose and all. I’ve attached a photo for you to check out. I’m pretty disappointed, especially since it was brand new. Can I get a full refund or a replacement for the defective top?
