In February 2025, I purchased a pair of lined, flared leggings from the Oysho Nişantaşı store, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the product. From the very first time I wore it, the inner lining kept bothering me, folding over, and since it’s seamless, the lining eventually separated completely from the leggings. I’ve only worn it five times, and experiencing such an issue in such a short time—especially after paying a high price—has been deeply disappointing. It’s unacceptable for the product to be sewn so poorly and uncomfortably.
I haven’t yet contacted customer service for a return or exchange. I’m requesting an explanation from Oysho regarding the quality of their products, as well as an exchange to resolve this issue.
