Oysho Made Unauthorized Transactions on My Revolut Account

From both my bank account and my sibling’s account, a total of four unauthorized transactions each (₺10, ₺50, ₺100, ₺150) were made under the name “Oysho.” I noticed these transactions on my Revolut account today, while in my sibling’s case, they occurred at a different time. Neither of us has ever shopped at Oysho, and we did not receive any confirmation codes, notifications, or suspicious messages. On the statement, the transactions appear only under the name “Oysho.” I have not yet contacted my bank or Oysho. Since these transactions were carried out without our knowledge, I request a refund of the amounts charged and a detailed investigation of the matter.
