Opodo Charged My Debit Card Without Permission — How to Get a Refund
On September 2, 2025, at 10:45 p.m., a charge of $141 was withdrawn from my İş Bank debit card by Opodo, without my authorization or any prior transaction with the company. I have never made a purchase or booking through Opodo, and therefore I do not have any customer or order number related to this transaction.
I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge. No other suspicious activity has occurred on my account.
I expect urgent action and a prompt resolution, as this was a completely unauthorized withdrawal from my account.
