I Want a Refund for Unauthorized Payments Made by Zyng App
On October 7, a total of ₺180 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent through the “Zyng” app on my iOS device — three separate charges of ₺60 each. I never created an account, logged in, or made any subscription, membership, or purchase through this app. The transaction details only show the code “507351.” The payment was made using my debit card.
I received no prior notice or authorization request for these charges, and I haven’t yet contacted either the app’s customer service or my bank.
I’m requesting an immediate investigation into these unauthorized transactions and a full refund of the ₺180 that was withdrawn without my consent.
