Iyzico's Unauthorized Credit Card Transactions

On October 9, 2025, a total of four unauthorized transactions amounting to ₺80,000 were made from my credit card linked to my Enpara account under the name Iyzico without my permission or knowledge. The transactions occurred between 16:00 and 16:30, and I received SMS notifications with the reference and password details. During this time, I had clicked on a suspicious link, and I believe my card information was compromised by third parties. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, Enpara, to close my accounts and filed a criminal complaint with the police. So far, I have not been able to reach Iyzico customer service, and no solution has been provided. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and my card did not have any additional security measures in place. I request that Iyzico cancel these unauthorized transactions, refund the full amount, and strengthen their security measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
